High density (HDPIR) and (HDPU) pipe supports
High density (HDPIR) and (HDPU) pipe supports
Product Overview
Key Features
The products are divided into insulation type (Class A) and load-bearing type (Class B) according to their uses. Class B is represented by density levels BI, BII, BAII, BIN, BV, and BVI, as shown in Table 1.
| Category | Nominal Core Density / (kg/m3) | |
| Thermal Insulation Type | Class A | 40 |
| Load-bearing Type | Class BⅠ | 160 |
| Class BⅡ | 225 | |
| Class BⅢ | 320 | |
| Class BⅣ | 400 | |
| Class BⅤ | 500 | |
| Class BⅥ | 550 | |
Combustion Performance
The combustion level shall not be lower than the B ₂ (E) level specified in GB86242012, and the oxygen index of Class A products shall not be less than 30.0%, and the oxygen index of Class B products shall not be less than 28.0%. When used to cover austenitic stainless steel, it should comply with the requirements for leaching solution ion content in GB/T17393.
