Product Overview
Glass wool is a filamentous material made by fiberizing and spraying thermosetting resin onto glass that is in a molten state using a spray blowing process. It is then subjected to heat curing and deep processing treatment to produce a series of products with multiple uses. The fibers inside glass wool are fluffy and interlaced, with a large number of tiny pores, making it a typical porous sound-absorbing material with good sound absorption characteristics and insulation effects. It can be made into insulation deep processing products such as cotton boards, cotton felt, cotton blankets, and pipe shells. Glass wool pipe shells are specially used for insulation of various pipeline systems (including freezing, hot water steam), and can work normally in an environment temperature of -4 ℃ -+350 ℃. They can be exposed or concealed. Due to the waterproof, anti-corrosion, non moldy, and non insect characteristics of this material's pipe sleeve, Therefore, it can effectively prevent condensation and prevent pipeline freezing, Widely used for insulation in petrochemical, LNG projects, coal chemical projects, civil buildings, heating pipelines, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. Insulation and energy-saving effect can be improved by 15-30%.
